This page describes Amazon's Seller Central in our own words, from Amazon's public pages and from screenshots sellers posted publicly; the sources say which. Any pictures and diagrams are L-ASINAUT's own, not screenshots of Amazon.
The new seller account layout, workspace by workspace: a guided tour
A seller account has more than 200 tools (Amazon's count, help page read Oct 24, 2026). You do not need every page. You need to know which workspace answers which question and how to find any page. This lesson gives you that map.

The top bar and the menu
The top bar gives you the menu, store selector, Account health status, search, messages, settings and help. The diagram below groups these into five controls. It is an illustration, not a screenshot.
Workspaces replaced the classic top menus. Amazon names three ways to find a tool: a home page tab, the menu and search (Amazon help, read Oct 24, 2026; UI as of Oct 2026).
Where in the new layout: My business (the home page) (classic: Home)
My business: Actions first, then the workspace tabs

My business is the home page. The Actions panel (on the left; on a phone, at the top) lists what needs you, most urgent first: ● Critical = act now, ▲ Medium = soon, ○ Low = routine.
The workspace tabs show one number each, such as yesterday's sales or units available; click a tab for its buttons and widgets.
At work: Amazon calls the panel the Action Center (Amazon forum post, read Oct 24, 2026); use the menu or search if your account’s layout differs from this training map.
Where in the new layout: My business (the home page) (classic: Home)
Products and Supply chain: listings and stock

Products › Manage products (classic: Inventory › Manage All Inventory) lists your listings with price, fees and units available; Edit on a row opens the product editor. This is where you review a title that exceeds the character limit.
Supply chain › Manage Amazon inventory (classic: Inventory › Manage FBA Inventory) shows your units at Amazon and how many days they will last. Use the supply-chain tools to plan shipments.
Where in the new layout: Products › Manage products (classic: Inventory › Manage All Inventory); Supply chain › Manage Amazon inventory › Manage FBA inventory (classic: Inventory › Manage FBA Inventory)
Money in: Manage pricing, Orders and Marketing

Manage pricing sits in the next to Manage products (classic: Pricing › Manage Pricing). Review fees as well as price, including the holiday fee for units that ship from Oct 15, 2026 (Amazon rule).
Orders › Manage orders lists sales, refunds and returns; with FBA, Amazon packs and ships each order.
Marketing › Ads console (classic: Advertising › Campaign Manager) holds your ad campaigns, bids and spend.
Where in the new layout: Products › Manage products › Manage pricing (classic: Pricing › Manage Pricing); Orders › Manage orders (classic: Orders › Manage Orders); Marketing › Ads console (classic: Advertising › Campaign Manager)
Checking the score: Account health, reports and Finance

Account health (classic: Performance › Account Health) opens from the top bar. Its Account Health Rating runs from 0 to 1000: 200 and above is Healthy, 100 to 199 At risk, 0 to 99 Unhealthy (Amazon's band names, checked Oct 22, 2026).
Reports have no menu of their own: All reports on My business lists them by workspace.
Finance › Manage payments (classic: Payments) shows your payouts. DD+7 normally reserves funds for 7 full days after delivery. Check Deferred transactions for the expected release date; extensions can apply.
Where in the new layout: The Account health status in the top bar of every page (classic: Performance › Account Health); All reports on My business, Supply chain reports on Supply chain, Finance reports on Finance (classic: Reports); Finance › Manage payments (classic: Payments › Payments Dashboard)
Where things moved: the classic names
Older guides still use the classic menu words; since the end of August 2026 no seller can make the classic view their default (Amazon help, read Oct 24, 2026). The diagram shows common moves. Our separate Where things moved guide compares the old and new names; Amazon's site map lists tools in groups, mostly by workspace.
Where in the new layout: Menu › Site map (also in the page footer)
A seller's day, in order
A working day follows the risk and the money (L-Guard routine, not an Amazon rule):
- My business: read the Actions panel and what changed overnight.
- Account health: a new warning comes first.
- Supply chain: products with low stock cover, shipments that had fewer units than you sent, stock about to age.
- Orders: returns, cancellations and buyer messages.
- Marketing: ad spend against sales.
- Products: fix one listing, check one product's profit after fees.
- All reports and Finance: the weekly files and the next payout.
Where in the new layout: My business (the home page) (classic: Home)

You want to know how many units of HL-WB32-SLV are left and how many days they will last. Where do you go?
- Products › Manage products
- Supply chain › Manage Amazon inventory
- Finance › Manage payments
- Marketing › Ads console
Answer and explanations
Answer: B. Supply chain › Manage Amazon inventory
- A. Manage products shows each listing with its available units, but not how many days they will last. Days of cover, inbound and stock movements are in Supply chain › Manage Amazon inventory.
- B. Correct. Supply chain › Manage Amazon inventory shows your units at Amazon, where they are and how many days they will last.
- C. Manage payments shows money, not units.
- D. The Ads console shows campaigns and ad spend, not stock.
The Actions panel on My business shows a new policy warning and a low-stock card. What do you open first?
- Supply chain: running out of stock loses sales
- Account health: a new warning comes first
- All reports: download every file first
- Learn: read a lesson first
Answer and explanations
Answer: B. Account health: a new warning comes first
- A. Stock matters, but a policy warning can put the whole account at risk, so Account health comes before Supply chain in the daily order.
- B. Correct. In the daily order (an L-Guard routine), a new warning comes before any other work.
- C. Files help later, but they do not answer a warning.
- D. Lessons help you learn, but a live warning comes first.
A shipment was delivered on Oct 10, 2026. Under the standard DD+7 reserve, with no extension, when do its funds become available for disbursement?
- Oct 10, 2026
- Oct 18, 2026
- Oct 24, 2026
- The day the order was placed
Answer and explanations
Answer: B. Oct 18, 2026
- A. Delivery starts the reserve; it does not release the funds.
- B. Correct. Seven full days are Oct 11–17; funds become available Oct 18. Payout timing and bank processing are separate.
- C. Oct 24 is later than the standard reserve in this example; a risk assessment can extend an actual reserve.
- D. The reserve follows delivery, not the order date. Without valid tracking, Amazon uses the latest estimated delivery date.
Your Account Health Rating is 150. Which band is that?
- Healthy
- At risk
- Unhealthy
- There are no bands
Answer and explanations
Answer: B. At risk
- A. Healthy starts at 200.
- B. Correct. 100 to 199 is At risk (bands as listed in L-Guard's rules check of Oct 22, 2026).
- C. Unhealthy is 0 to 99.
- D. The rating has three bands: Healthy 200 to 1000, At risk 100 to 199, Unhealthy 0 to 99.
An older guide says: open Inventory › Manage All Inventory to edit a title. Where do you go now?
- Products › Manage products, then Edit on its row
- Supply chain › Manage Amazon inventory
- Nowhere: switch to the classic view first
- Marketing › Ads console
Answer and explanations
Answer: A. Products › Manage products, then Edit on its row
- A. Correct. The listing half of Manage All Inventory is now Products › Manage products; Edit on a row opens the product editor. Our Where things moved guide lists the other classic names.
- B. That is the stock half of the old page: units, inbound and days of cover. Titles are edited from Products › Manage products.
- C. Since the end of August 2026 no seller can make the classic view the default; it can only be visited (Amazon help, read Oct 24, 2026). Learn the new place instead: Products › Manage products.
- D. The Ads console holds ad campaigns. Titles are edited from Products › Manage products.
