Listing Guard ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our platform at l-guardapp.com.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you register, we collect your email address and name (if provided). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

Usage data: We collect information about how you use our tools, including which features you access, timestamps, and tool usage counts. This helps us improve our service.

Review data: When you use ReviewShield, we temporarily process the review text and optional screenshots you submit for AI analysis. We do not permanently store review content after analysis is complete.

Payment data: Payments are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers or payment details. Paddle handles all payment information under their own privacy policy.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

We process your personal data under the following legal bases as defined by GDPR Article 6:

• Performance of contract: Account creation, service delivery, subscription management, and tool access.
• Consent: Google Analytics cookies (you may decline via our cookie banner), optional marketing communications.
• Legitimate interest: Service improvement, fraud prevention, and basic usage analytics to maintain service quality.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your account data is stored on Supabase (hosted in EU — Ireland). We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), Row Level Security (RLS) on all database tables, and secure authentication via Supabase Auth.

AI analysis is performed via Anthropic's API. Review data sent for analysis is processed under Anthropic's data handling policies and is not used to train AI models.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — Authentication and database (EU region)
• Google OAuth — Optional sign-in method
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — Review analysis engine
• Paddle — Payment processing and billing
• Netlify — Website hosting
• Google Analytics (GA4) — Anonymous website usage analytics (loaded only with your consent)

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to maintain your login session, store language preferences, and remember your cookie consent choice. We do not use advertising pixels.

If you accept analytics cookies via our cookie banner, we load Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymous usage data such as page views, session duration, and general location (country level). If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only:

• With service providers necessary to operate the platform (listed above)
• When required by law or to protect our legal rights
• In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition)
