Protect · Recover lost FBA money

Amazon owes you money.
AI finds it — fixed price, no commission.

Upload your Seller Central reports. AI cross-references lost units, damaged inventory, returned-but-not-restocked stock and overcharged fees — then generates SAFE-T claim drafts ready to submit. Sellers typically recover 1-3% of revenue they didn't know they were owed.

Common questions

Is this legal? Will Amazon ban me for filing claims?
Yes, 100% legal. Amazon's own policy says you have 18 months to claim reimbursements for FBA fulfillment errors. Filing valid SAFE-T claims is a normal part of running an FBA business — Amazon expects you to do it.
Do I need to give you my Seller Central login?
No. You only upload three CSV reports that you download yourself from Seller Central. We never see your Seller Central credentials. Reports are encrypted, processed, then deleted after the audit completes.
How long does the audit take?
The AI analysis itself runs in under 60 seconds once your CSVs are uploaded. Downloading the three reports from Seller Central takes about 2 minutes.
How is this different from GETIDA / Refunds Manager?
Those services take 25% commission on every dollar they recover. On a $5,000 recovery, they keep $1,250. L-Guard charges a one-time $49 — you keep 100% of what Amazon refunds you. Same analysis, no ongoing tax on your recovery.
What if AI finds nothing?
Honest answer: it's rare. Most FBA sellers above $50K/year have at least $200 of unclaimed reimbursements. But if your audit returns under $50 in claims, we'll refund the $49 fee within 14 days, no questions asked.
How often should I re-run the audit?
Most sellers run it every 3 months — new losses accumulate as FBA processes thousands of units. You can re-upload at any time; each audit is a fresh $49.
