Summary: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid purchases — both one-time tools and subscription plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of payment for a full refund — no questions asked.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new paid subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Agency) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment. If you are not satisfied with Listing Guard for any reason during this period, contact us and we will issue a full refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@l-guardapp.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process your request within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued through our payment processor Paddle back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days after we approve the refund.
3. One-Time Tool Purchases
One-time tool purchases (ReviewShield, Listing Studio, Account Shield, Fee Optimizer, PPC Audit) are covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the tool within 14 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund.
4. After the 14-Day Period
After the 14-day guarantee period, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees already charged. However, we handle each case individually — if you experience a significant technical issue that prevents you from using the service, please contact us and we will work to find a fair resolution.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Your account will revert to the free plan at the end of the period
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
6. Digital Products
Digital products purchased through external marketplaces (such as FBA Blueprint on Etsy) are subject to the refund policies of those respective marketplaces.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first at support@l-guardapp.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
