1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Listing Guard (l-guardapp.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Listing Guard is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered tools for Amazon FBA sellers, including but not limited to review compliance analysis (ReviewShield), profit calculation, listing optimization, and business guides. Services are delivered digitally through our website.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Listing Guard offers free tools, one-time tool purchases, and paid subscription plans.

One-Time Purchases: Individual tools (ReviewShield, Listing Studio, Account Shield, Fee Optimizer, PPC Audit) can be purchased for a one-time fee through Paddle. Once purchased, you have permanent access to that tool with no recurring charges.

Subscription Plans: Starter, Pro, and Agency plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate. Subscriptions include access to all tools. Prices are listed in USD.

Free Trial: The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all Starter plan features at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at the applicable Starter plan rate ($29/month). You may cancel the trial at any time from your Account Settings — no charge will be made if you cancel before the trial period ends.

Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record and handles all payment processing, tax collection, and billing support. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's terms of service in addition to ours.

All content, tools, designs, and code on Listing Guard are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

Some of our tools use artificial intelligence to generate analysis, reports, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided "as is" and should be reviewed before acting upon it. We do not guarantee that AI analysis will result in review removal or any specific outcome on Amazon.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Listing Guard is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of our tools. We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to Amazon review removal, profit improvement, or listing optimization outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listing Guard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use paid features will cease at the end of the current billing period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
